No, not quite.

Sad that there won't be ANY open world pvp. Obviously don't let people battle it out right in a city, but outside away from the crowds is always nice. Like most things in games, if they implement it wrong and it's too much of a hassle to do with minimal/no rewards, most people won't want to do it.
