phasmagoria weekly quest unfair

So this game has pooped on some players making the weekly quest to get the bonus mogtomes as complete "hidden gorge". how is this fair with PVP all but dead... there's no other options it's this or I can't do anything. well after wasting 3 hours just waiting in the game for this to pop I have finally given up. How is this fair? surely they know how little people play PVP why are they s*****g on some of the player base by doing this.

So thanks Square enix for forcing me to waste my evening stuck in a queue just to fail anyway.

Mogtomes are the only time Rival Wings is actually active. Queue for it during your servers prime time and you'll get a match.
You can generally play it all night long during mogtome times.

I dont know the Euro DCs, and which is known for what. Its possible that the other one is the one the PVPers flock to. For NA, its generally the Primal DC. Until patch day rival wings will pop quickly on that DC all evening, and late into the night(in my experience they never stop popping, but the waits start to creep up sometime around 5am EST). Then after mogtomes goes down, itll go back to popping on specific days during specific hours that the community chooses to all que for it. So if Cerberus(and therefore the Chaos DC) isnt hitting during Euro prime hours, try your luck on any of the Light servers. My guess is youll be playing the mode in under 10 mins.
