Events Need More Substance

For those who haven’t perused Reddit recently, there are discussions ongoing about events being lackluster - and no, I’m not talking about the glams or emotes we get. I’m still keeping track of that.

But, let’s rollback to how events used to be. We had small mini-games and such we could do that were interesting and showed how they could give us something small to toy with while we were waiting on the patch. Either by fun Event FATEs or just by the mini-games themselves it was good content, even if it was limited. Nowadays, we only have “Talk to X, Talk to Y” and it’s not working if you aren’t into the writing.

This post is asking that we get actual player interaction in our events going forward. It’s an MMO for Twelve’s sake and we want things we had back for Valentione’s and such.

Honestly just improving what x says when we talk to them, what x is wearing, where x is standing, why x is there would be a start. Events never were much when they were better. But they are now so much worse than just mediocre.

I like the quests are they are for the most part, I enjoy when they bring back these recurring characters and expand the storyline
though I do think the actual gameplay could do with having more to it
They could bring back these past minigames and make it an annual thing, like having the couples maze return during valentiones

Another idea I had is that they could do something similar to the fetes in the firmament
Basically fates that tie into a celebration and they can take place in the city

I would like to have events that boost specific kinds of content. Make a deep dungeon event with new exclusive drops to farm or add new loot to eureka for a set amount of time

or anything else that gives incentive to play the game..
yokai and garo were steps in the right direction
