Request for... better colour choices in fights and skill icons

I don't expect much but I have some issues with the colour choices that vary in impact for severity by the content and some colour blindness, the deuteranopia setting or the colour blindness settings in general somewhat makes things look weird.

An example with the setting on would be tree logs looking blue/purple with it on for me, no I wasn't looking at trees in the area with blue bananas in dawntrail.
Generally, it's like looking at a new world where everything seems to be in a strange colour that's more different than I expected.

I have two struggles that made me incredibly annoyed to look at, one being something I gave up on and learned by pose which is the buff icon for VPR's flank and rear positionals, they are supposedly green and red, but they look like red and red but darker.
What I think of NIN's positionals are yellow and red which I can identify.

The other recent struggle were the tiles against Zelenia, the tiles are red and red but slightly lighter, I can still spot the borders being faintly white. I believe I can deal with it, but it's just really difficult when it's something so simple solely because I rely on the border to identify the difference of the red tiles.

From what I've heard, it's supposed to be red and grey, but they really just look like red and a faint washed up red.
It would be nice if the difference in colour would be... more different such as red and white.
Mechanic wise, instead of identifying a supposed red and grey, im looking for the borders of a tile as the faint difference for gloom.

I'll take colour blindness setting suggestions, for now, I'd be tinkering with the colours as long as it doesn't have an extreme difference that has an impact on everything else.
Which I somewhat failed as everything looked alien with it on.

I believe it did help with the buff icons as I think it did turn one of them blue? Might've misremembered, but I'd also wish I could pick and choose a colour spectrum preference as some would seem fine while others are abnormal.

I will start with the fact I am not colour Blind so I don't know how much this is going to help, but:

For Viper, the 2 attacks that open up after Hunter's Sting (Attack buff) are both flank attacks and the 2 attacks that open up after Hunter's Sting (Speed buff) are both rear attacks.

The same is true for the attacks after Vicewinder. Hunter's Coil is flank and Swiftskin's Coil is rear, which conveniently matches the attacks they unlock.

As for Ninja, all I can suggest is learning that gaining Kazematoi is flank and spending it is rear. As you get used to jobs, knowing when you gain resources and when you spend is going to become second nature, so it might be a case of just practicing.

I main ninja, it's an example of how I differentiate positionals easily as the colour difference is obvious.

VPR's buff being related to positionals however, I did not know and relied on the pose instead.

One thing I've noticed is that whenever those of us with normal color vision might use color to distinguish things, the alternative SE provides is "shape" or "pose". I've always wondered how well that actually worked...

For Zelenia, the red "gloom" tiles also have a second triangle drawn within them, but it's arguably a bit too subtle and not distinct enough from the rose-motif pattern on the floor.

I'm not sure what this triangle is, but I've been looking for a faint white outline on the border of the tiles, I've got a solution for myself after several runs till I cleared ex4.

Starting at the least obvious quadrant where non rose players should be made it easier to recognize the faint white outlines that border the tiles.

It is the only part that I needed quicker response to react.

The only issue with the typical method I use would be the white borders make the tiles on the side look the same if I glanced at it wrongly for how everything seemed to be bordered when there's an odd one out.

As someone with colorblindess am stuck at a mech that relies only on colors and it feels so frustrating/unfair that i had to ask my static to adjust to me and tell them where i have to stand... This is not extremely right and yes i agree, using the colorblind mode makes everything look weird

I don't quite struggle to such a point to rely on callouts as I pf nearly everything, only advantage I could recall was being able to differentiate P3 phoinix and P8S p2 thunder and water for how I see them differently than those who struggled to differentiate the colours.

Generally speaking color usage, and visual clutter only really gets worse, and they aren't really improving their existing tools which is annoying.

It's the sole reason I don't really bother raiding anymore.
