    It seem vary a lot, see quite a lot of Ivalice (probably due to tomestone event), and quite a lot of Eden. However, EW raid took quite long to pop, even in Sunday afternoon just few hours after daily reset. I try queuing as both tank and dps, seem to have similar average wait time between 20-40 minute

    Yep, tomestone event just shifted everyone to one type of duty. HW alliance raids (any) did not pop after 40 minutes as a healer during evening time on Chaos
