NPC with previously obtained savage/ultmate gear

Would be nice if devs added NPC like that. And it's technically possible, we have NPC like that for event items since launch.

Most ppl usually get rid of the outdated gear, but may want to prog old ulti later, for example.

Also would be nice if we had an NPC that would exchange the savage gear for the same one, but different jobs, 1 to 1. Like tanking gloves for caster ones, for example. Don't have to do it for the current savage tier, but would be great to have for the previous ones.

The calamity salvager is entirely based on your achievement flags. It only knows you've had event items because you got the event achievement.
While yes, it would be "technically" possible with rewriting how event item flags are stored, I doubt they'll do this.
