Sorry there are lots of unknown answers. But I like to add that it seems to happen only when I look for my LS through my menu screen. As I have not set a key for my Linkshell.

It does shut the game down quickly and also brings up a Windows message that FF14 has stopped working. Sorry I couldn't add more, but to be honest I have not gone into great testing. But it has happened more than once and its always been in the circumstances that I mentioned.
