    Without the forums and complainers, this game would still have only guildleves, or no longer be avaliable.

    We could have all just quit like mango and his friends at the beginning, but instead the strong few stayed behind to voice their views, concerns and complaints about the game, and now we have the FFXIV of today.

    So, its a good think SE doesn't ignore complainers.
