Duty Finder Changed?

Haven't played for a while. I logged onto a level 26 toon who had a level 24 quest to do. But I decided to do a few Duty Finder dungeons first. The only available one was a level 16 Duty Finder quest. The other 2 beginning ones are gone. In the past, there was no way I would have a level 24 quest in my log until I've done the beginning Duty Finder dungeons. What happened? There should be 3 there not 1.

I went ahead and did the one level 16 Duty Finder quest. Afterwards, it was still the only Duty Finder quest showing.

Is it possible you were only looking at the roulette tab(the default one) and not the dungeon one? At 24 you would only have one roulette open(leveling), but by 24 you could potentially have 4 or 5 dungeons and 1 trial.
