New Feature: Add Special Visual Effects to normal gear or tome gear.

So I use a very specific sword for my Dark Knight and have used it since the weapon was made available, I of course speak of Odenta Kai, because I love the idea of the Dark Swordsman more so than the Dark Knight, even if it leans more so into a far eastern style or aesthetic, it works for me, so here's my idea or wish, can we please get the ability to earn the right to add special visual effects to pieces of gear we want to make special, sure make it not as cool as the latest visual special effects for ultimate or unreals but maybe make them available to people who do a certain challenge, and you can earn them with moogletomes or something, maybe it's a one time use, or maybe its a craftable thing you can make with an alchemist I don't know but this needs to be a normalized thing like now.
