Seriously though, Go for the smalls, Worry about upgrading later. Let the picky people be picky. Take what they aint gonna bit on and that way.You have a leg up on them.

My first plot on excalibur was in the mist because Shiro was selling out rapidly an on the cusp of crashing, so I went to the Mist to look where the demand wasn't so high.

Eventually I found a random plot out in the lavender beds(not a fan of lB), brought it until I found a better plot, which the plot next to my private eventually was vacated and I moved it there.

Take anything until the option for something better.Comes along rather than being picky.And get what you can get your hands on, do whatever you can to increase your chances rather then wait on a company that has a financial investment in leaving the system the way it is.

Get your foot in the door then worry about everything afterward
