The friend list update will send your address and SSID to anyone that sends you a friend request. Please look forward to it.

When your list has been narrowed down to who you consider friends it's time to try teleporting to the ones who have houses and if it won't let you then you've been removed by them so remove those people too.

Be careful with this in particular. It is true that you can't teleport to someone when you are not on their Friend List, however it is also possible that they have disabled teleporting to their house in the housing access settings.
Another way that renders you unable to teleport to a friends house is when they themselves have logged off on a different server/DC than their home server. This also disables teleportation for some reason.

So do not take this as a full-on fact that they removed you. Other circumstances may cause this as well.

But other than that, a Friend List overhaul is long overdue.
