they were all datamined last patch, but which comes directly from fight is still a guess until later...

Really, just really? Is this what Final Abyssea XI, and WoW have brought people to, they need super awesome gear from an easy fight for it to be worth doing.

In a mmo people a lot won't do stuff unless they get gear out of it. It's the driving force in a gear baseed mmo like FFXIV, FFXI, WoW ect. You can find some people who will but not as many if there is a reward in it. In a single player RPG which is different you can put in many this fight is hard do it for the fun of it, but it doesn't work too well in a mmo when everything depends on getting more gear.

Hmm guess I forgot my sarcasm tags again, but still I like to have fun in MMOs, thats why I run to dangerous areas and die, I cover a cave with my goobbue so people can't see past, why I fight Van Darnus hard when I know I will die.

Considering this is the same game that has Ifrit Extreme and the Relic Levequests I might try it for a laugh but I'm expecting epic wipeage.

Yeah, I don't foresee this being won by very many people. I hope the cool summoner--er, Dalamud horn isn't the reward for that...because I'd like to actually, y'know....get it.
