Bleh, I don't know if anybody replied to this yet, didn't bother looking through the rest of the thread lol.
Anyways, remember in the 2.0 trailer when Ul'Dah had a meteor crush it's face in(at around 1:08 in the trailer)? Maybe during the patches, the meteors will get bigger and bigger, with some terrain stuff going on, like meteor craters(sp) spread out over the areas? Maybe Atomos isn't going to teleport to a different dimension(or whatever you want to call it), and we have some other way of getting there. Done speculating.

Here's how it all played out in FFXI

In FFXI in WotG Atomos is the Distorter of Time. Has the ability to devour and change space time. As the WotG story goes in the real Vana'diel timeline the Crystal War never ended the world fell into ruin. What players play in is the alternate Vana'diel and to them this is the real world. Because the crystal war never ended the Goddess Altana created the Cait Siths to awaken Atomos and devour the world of ruin, ie the evil Vana'diel, so that a peaceful one could take its place. Well the evil forces did not like the idea of being devoured and destroyed. Lady Lilith being the leader of the evil side. When Atomos began the process of devouring the ruined Vana'diel the canverous maws appeared in both realities connecting them. Allowing people from both worlds to travel back and forth. At this point the forces of good and evil fight for the fate of Vana'diel which is the WotG story missions. You have Lilisette who is good and her evil counterpart Lady Lilith.

for me personally Garuda hard was HARD 2 weeks ago, up until we broke it to a science and have been static farming it for the past 7 days.

point being, everything seems hard going in...just takes dedication and a learning ability.
