To be honest I think the earrings are amazing just because they give acc. The refresh/regen is just an added bonus. Then again it will be nice to have 6 refresh on my monk.

Well... I'm Maelstrom. I use their ATK earrings. XD

But I am still a tank, so a regen effect would be great to have while tanking. Thats why I express concern for the potency of it. But for mages, the extra M.ACC and refresh is going to be perfect for them.
