    Is there a way to get a clean soundbite recording?

    Hello,
    I was wondering if it was possible to get a clean soundbyte recording of Lalafell M Voice B doing a /laugh? I'd like to have it as a text message notification sound.

    use fraps to record video + sound then use Windows movie maker or something like that to remove the video .

    I did something similiar but I got a lot of the ambient sounds from my room (computer humming) etc. :X

    Audacity has a very powerful noise cancellation functionality Its great for clearing up such sounds.

    He will have had the wrong input set, he wants to record ingame sound, seems like his mic is set as the input device rather than stereo mix.
