Sage class wont unlock

I have a lvl 90 WHT & a 70 NIN, I own all the DLC, but the Sage quest giver still has a red icon.

If you try to interact with the NPC, it will open the pop-up window for the quest, which should show the error message of what requirements you are currently not meeting. Can you check what it says?

Have you unlocked the Reaper job by any chance? If not, check if the problem persists with a different Endwalker job NPC. Flustered Attendant in Ul'dah - Steps of Nald (X:12.8 Y:8.6), the quest 'The Killer Instinct' I believe it was.

If it persists, check online on the Mogstation in your Service Account Status if you have properly registered your expansions and are using expansions for the correct platform (PS4/5 are separate from PC for example). If you are using Steam, make sure to check in your library if all DLC checkboxes are checked.

I heard something similar happen to a guild member a while ago. Issue was they bought the base game in Steam but then bought the expansion through retail - despite allowing them to be registered under the same SE account, the game did not register the download/expansion because it was requiring the Steam version, not retail. (Not sure if this is still a thing but I've seen warnings about Steam/Retail when it comes to PC).

Reaper is locked out as well. All boxes checked on Steam.

It always involves entering a code due to the fact that you can buy both the game and the expansions from other retailers such as Amazon.
