Accelerate Home World Transfer?

I started playing about a month ago and messed up when making my character, selecting the wrong server in the region, meaning I can't join an FC with the people I actually want to play with and repeatedly have to return to my home world to do some tasks before switching back. Is there any way to do it before the 90 day period is up? It sucks to have to wait three months to do a lot of the things I want to do.

Unfortunately, no.

You have two options, wait for the 90-day period to pass, or create a new character on the correct world with your friends.

Since all of the Oceania worlds are still "New" status, you could easily create a clone of yourself and rush to catch up to your current characters progress and continue on from there.
You could buy an MSQ skip to catch up instantly.

Because, if you wait the 90 days out, you still have to pay the transfer fee, which is twice the price of ARR MSQ skip! (it's only free to transfer if your current world is set to standard or congested and the target world is New or Preferred).

I second the suggestion to simply remake your character on your friends' server. If you're still in ARR, this really isn't any great loss; just a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Skip the scenes you've already seen, progress will fly by.
