You can get extra company seals by doing Company Levs which are available from Company NPC's at what I call the mini-xtals ( Aetherial Gates). Not all Aetherial Gates have them. The ones I've done are at Treespeak and Mun-Tay Cellar (for Adder). You can earn 40-50 or more at a time I believe. I'm not sure what gates have them for Flame.

I know there are other ways to earn seals but this is a way to get a quick 50 for your Chocobo.
