I hope not, Cross between Chaos and Light yes, but NA and EU? No really i hope they forget about it, i dont wanna bother with NA Player which have a bad ping then and blame the ping for fails.

Then just don't allow NA players in your savages/extremes/etc. Easy fix for those who don't want to have to worry about ping blaming. If it's regular content you're talking about then it shouldn't matter cause it's easy content. That is a very easily solved problem without punishing two whole communities. I know people who do savages/extremes with alts on EU that are from NA (and vice versa) so that is just a player problem, not a whole community problem.
