Pelupelu Allied Society question

Wasn't sure where to ask this but I was looking over my societal relations tab today and noticed that while I have everything finished for Pelupelu they're not allied, only blood sworn. I've never been caught up, this is my first expansion "caught up" in this game. Will it change later, and there will be more quests, OR will Dawntrail be another expansion like Shadowbringers in that they only make it to blood sworn? Just curious if anyone knows anything or if maybe I'm the one missing something! Thanks in advance

With the exception of Shadowbringers, every expansion has had a quest that levels your reputation with the expansion's Allied Societies from Bloodsworn to Allied. Given that this included Endwalker, it's hard to believe Shadowbringers was skipped over due to a lack of ideas. Far more likely the decision was made to scrap it due to the global pandemic. So unless something comparably disruptive occurs in the next year—such as, say, World War III—I think it's safe to say Dawntrail will still have such a quest come 7.3 or so.

Most likely they will do an allied quest at the last patches of the expasnsion. But we will see.

I believe the Shadowbringers one was cut due to covid. They cut a lot of things that most people don't do because companies that supply them assets weren't at work.

Ohh okay! I wasn't sure if the allied quests were at the same time as the rest of the quests or released later! thanks

Oh yeah I remember companies saying they were having problems getting equipment and the like cause of the increase in crypto mining during covid. that makes sense. cool thanks for the answer

I like the what if scenario a friend came up with where we got the SHB tribes together to help Ryne with that party that happened offscreen.
