why can't we have a dyable neck bow item? I have not seen one bow in the entire game we can dye.

I don't think any accesories can be dyed. I would love to see that as a future improvement, but the repercussions of that would entail unlocking at least the first dye channel to thousands of items, and it would impact dozens of systems, so 8.0 at the earliest for something like that.

- Additional tables to store dye data on the Glamour Chest

Then multiply that times every accessory in the system, even the ones they won't make dyable.

Then the graphics team would have to go into every single item and actually MAKE the dyable portions. The ribbons would be a good start. Going forward, things like the Savage accessories could have the dye channels added, or the upgraded tomestone gear.

For most jewelry, I’d like to see one dye channel be the gemstone or charm, and the other either the metal or cord necklace part. They do reuse jewelry a lot, but there’s still lots of colors in lots of styles that we’re missing. Honestly don’t think it’ll happen, but that’s how I’d want it to be.

On a positive note, they do seem to be getting a little more creative with necklaces at least… we got some this time around that were longer than the usual choker for once, with interesting pendants, and I hope that continues. Really want a blue stone version of the Neo Kingdom pendant!

Another way I think they could do it is by making dyeable, level 1 glamour versions of certain accessories. That way, they don't have to make every piece dyeable, especially when nowadays all the roles' accessories are carbon copies of each other. (´･ᴗ･`)
For example, instead of making all the Edenmete/Edenmorn/Origenics chockers dyeable, just make a level 1 dyeable version of them.
They could also make special accessories (like from Wondrous Tails or the Mogstation) also dyeable.

Devs are people too. You cant expect them to do more than humanly possible. New features arent as easy as you think. Yoshi P saved the franchise. We should be thankful and not ask for too much

This would be nice actually. Even though there are A LOT of necklaces and a good chunk of them are pretty much the exact same, just 1 dye channel would allow some customization with a few of these to be more appealing to have glamoured on. Like the early game chokers with the different colored gems in the middle. While there are a bunch of colored gems in each different chokers, the only colors of the actual chokers themselves are either silver or gold, so being able to dye the silver/gold part would be nice. They also wouldn't even need to do everything at once. Start with the level 1 all class items like the Redbill Scarf, Cait Sith Neck Ribbon, Namazu Bell, etc etc and then just go from there gradually with adding more.
