There's only one thing to do with this idea
Just let it go.
Don't give them ideas!
We could also add some title ideas after watching like 500 or 1000 Ads
The Grand Advertiser
Ad Whisperer
The Ad-Venturer
Echo of the Ad Wave
The Sponsored Warrior

Come on SE, more dyeable mogstore npc outfits and 60/70 alliance raid gear. Do them all.
Ok to be fair this gave me a chuckle. Imagine wuk asking do you like led or lcd light bulbs, do you like shin ramen or cup noodles. XD thats both terrible and cringe but to have wuk be the face of u skippable ads would be irony. Thanks for the laugh.
You open the door theres nothing in sight. You close the door wondering whats in sight. But lets be honest its probably gonna just let you down.
dont forget to like and subscribe

I vote for unskippable ads during bossfights and after every cutscene. With a 5 dollar option for a "ffxiv premium yoshi-subscription" to skip them.
So we can finally afford to remake FF7 for the 7th time. Who needs to futureproof an MMO anyway.
Good gag post lmaoHello i got an idea! Square Enix could introduce unskippable ads in Final Fantasy XIV as a way to generate additional revenue, allowing the game to grow and offer more content. These ads could appear during loading screens, before entering dungeons, or when teleporting to major cities. To make them more interesting, they could be related to the stuff we doing. example if you enter Limsa lominsa you could get Broom ads , Sea food ads , if you go the crystarium you could get some Blackout Blind Ads or things like that.
By implementing this system, FFXIV could secure extra funding for improvements, new expansions, and more frequent content updates, all while keeping the game financially sustainable
Example if we are doing MSQ after the next cutscene rolls we get to watch 1 or 2 ads and then the cutscene resumes.
If you are Raiding ex Savage , Ulti etc. after 5 wipes you do, you would get another Ad that you must watch if you alt tab the game it wont count and the timer will freeze this to ensure that you watch the Ad.
It can also work on the world map if you are AFK you could get a 10 minute ad and since you are not on the screen it wouldn't affect but if u come back u have to watch the remaining ad time to keep playing.
Also we can get a little boost of XP for leveling alt jobs if we answer surveys about the ads that we just watched something like food buff.
Example of ADS
Cruisers stuff – “Sail the real seas, not just Eorzeas!”
Hotels – "Promoting oceanfront stays and island getaways."
Food - “Even adventurers need coffee before their next raid!” “Quick eats before your next Duty Roulette.”
Fashion & Outdoor Brands
“Protect your eyes from the Thanalan sun and Limsa’s ocean glare.”
"High-end watches, because pirates and merchants love flexing gold."
Banks & Finance
“Even pirates need to send gil safely.”
"Your gil is safe with us… unlike with the Rogues’ Guild."
Player
This is satire, it has to be.
Nobody in their right mind would promote ads in a subscription-based game with AAA-priced expansions and a cash shop.
What's the logical step afterwards? Paying a premium fee so you can skip the ads?
And for the slim chance that this is not bait...please have some self-respect. You couldn't kiss the feet of a capitalist company any harder. You deserve better.
This indocrtination by companies that we should be glad/that it should be normal to pay money just so we can pay even more money or that it's perfectly fine to be tortured with ads after already dropping so much money (ads in our paid streaming services, ads in your paid games, etc.) because poor, poor multimillion/billion dollar companies want to make moneyneeds to die.
