Raiding isn't a job either. Learning it play the piano or play a sport isn't always a job. Some people do those things for fun.

Playing a musical instrument allows you to entertain yourself and others. I guess if raiding produces the same enjoyment for some people, that's great. Kind of surprised anyone would choose FF14 to scratch that itch though, given the limitations of PvE in the game, from design to interaction.

Well, in my case I had only talked about music sheet in relation to memory & memorizing mechanics/strats, not particularly the enjoyment side since that's not relevant to me for the topic.

This is why I tell people to just quit if they don't like the game. Nothing will change.

I would rather be told this, than those messages that are like "Wait! Patch x.x is gonna be great, I'm sure this time!"
