Also lol if you just press dia and glare on whm, misery on cooldown you'll get an orange. For most jobs just doing your rotation correctly gives you an orange. You don't even have to care about uptime, just ABC alone is orange.

Best case scenario, you realized that Nael phase isn't actually as "random" as you thought it is, and are now just trying to save face, whatever there might even be left of it at this point.

most of the people i've talked to who are interested in raiding seem to be newer to the game. i think a huge portion of them will get burned out once they realize every fight is a split healer stack, some wacky safe spot, look away, or a mechanic where you take a debuff to not die, etc.

Yeah seriously. At some point it gets tiring to tell newbies that they're only enjoying it because they have literally only done one or two tiers and don't realize how repetitive and stale it has become.

Which is fine, they deserve to enjoy the game, but these people keep butting into conversations between vets complaining that there has been no innovation in a decade. Like little bro, chill and take a back seat, the conversation doesn't even concern you.
