That's censorship and is generally considered to be a bad thing. Driving along the Interstates in the US, you're bomboarded with advertisements for 18+ massage parlors and strip clubs aimed at the truckers. They don't ban the advertisements because the ads themselves aren't explicit, but everyone knows exactly what they are really advertising.
The 18+ indication is meant to protect the people hosting the parties. And meant to be a KEEP OUT sign to anyone who isn't interested in.
A better solution, and one that SE could actually address with an in game fix, would be allow us to choose which tab of the Party Finder that we personally want to load into when we open the menu, instead of the general one. That way the people who want to see the advertisements for clubs with live DJs could keep the general tab pinned as their start, and people who want to be in Hunts could have that one load as the default.
I'm gonna go make that suggestion right now in the UI forum, actually, because it's a lot more constructive than arguing about it in General.
Do you even read what I say? I don't care for the ads. I DONT CARE. xD
You should say this to the author of the thread : )
