So? SE can decide what they want or do not want to moderate. And if any authority (usually spurned into action by some overzealous "citizen" movement) finds that SE is not doing enough moderation to justify the lower rating, the end result will most likely be more moderation of this kind of behavior instead of increasing the age rating. That's why it's important that the part of the community engaging in these activities actually starts to gain some bloody self awareness and police themselves to be as low-profile as possible. At the very least out of pure self-preservation, because appealing to some sense of basic decency and morality is obviously a lost cause.
