those things are against the terms of services and if the player base needs to drop to 0 so they understand, ill help in that endeavor, especially since first i dislike cheaters and second i have childrens who would like to play.
I am interested in the method you would like to report those people if all the things they use are client side and their interactions are private most of the time and of no concern to you.
