    well i have a question then? because i know i am not the only one tired of this.
    would it be against ToS to create a player base mouvement like an FC or a linkshell called example: "FF14 player base police departement" that would fight against this and report those illegal activities

    I think it would be very cringeworthy not against the ToS. Do you want to fight something that everyone knows and sees? I know a scene in a fictional classic called Don Quixote against the windmills.

    Yes you can do that, if your version of having fun in a video game is to log on to report people all day and do that for the rest of your life it is possible. Chances are most people will not be banned though and you will never make a dent in their numbers. Just saying.

    Technically it is against the Terms of Service anyway for Obscene/Indecent expressions. So, if you have an issue with it then it is best to report it rather than trying to do interaction policing, which is likely to be just as much against the ToS as Obscene and Indecent Expressions.
