Zero gear on FFXIV Store

I assume that having it as an emote is functionally impossible – equipped hats are in a fixed position on the head and the hair that would be under the hat is altered or gone. Zero's animation is done from an angle where this wouldn't be a problem, and/or is likely not actually an equipped hat but a free-floating one that can move.

Yeah probably. I also heard Zero used a custom model as well.

While Zero is listed as a Female Midlander Hyur, her actual character model is apparently based off of the Male Viera model and was just customized to make it look like a Midlander Hyur.

That is what I recall hearing back then anyway.

And yet they still cant be bothered to actually make the hat wearable for bunnies and the kitties ... you know if you gonna put stuff on the shop at least make an attempt to make it proper for all supported races no?
this might have been the case with the old gear before those races where released but with new stuff it should work out of the box especially if it comes with a price tag.. there's really no excuse at this point anymore.
