Suggestion for new housing areas

How about instead of resetting the current system we add a new one of instanced houses with an upgradeable feature?

My suggestion it could be in both in Limsa Lominsa, an island (why not the already existing Island Sanctuary like many people already suggested) and, my personal favorite, at the Sea of Clouds!

Just picture in your mind how cool would it be if we had a house in a floating island!?!!!

And the size of the floating land could even be increased by a fee to have a bigger plot!

As long as it doesn't take two years of "reconstruction" like Ishguard did. Although, I did get some cool crafting tool glamours and an awesome crafting dragon mount out of it.
