Alt+Shift+R Not Working

Alt+Shift+R (the default for Reply Temporarily (Back)) is not working for me.

• Double-checked that it was the actual command for it.
• Tried to remap it to other key combos, it worked.
• Deleted the old key setting and tried to remap it to Alt+Shift+R and it won't stick. It only registers "Alt+Shift" but when i press R, it doesn't register.
• All my keys are working fine outside of this issue.
• Set all the keybinds back to default, still doesn't work.
• Restarted the game, still doesn't work.
• Restarted the PC, still doesn't work.
• Sent a bug report, but wanted to put it here too just in case anyone can help or if anyone has the same issue.

EDIT: There's also no error message of the key combo being a duplicate of something else, it just doesn't stick.

Is some other program using that key combination?
Assuming your R key works, it's the only thing I can think of where the game will see alt+shift, as well as the full alt+shift+some other letter, but not that particular one.

Oh yeah, we checked for this too. The only other program we thought it might be was Power Tools, but they didn't have anything like that

Issue found: it was the NVIDIA Overlay. After I turned it off it worked again. So Canadane was right after all it's just that there wasn't actually happening on NVIDIA's end so we couldn't see... anyway this is officially closed hhhhh
