1. Not happening. The Wards are permanently loaded in, more Wards means more strain on the servers, and they're already getting rammed as it is.

3a. Would make the shortage infinitely worse. 3 million gil isn't impossible to save up if you play consistently, and a fairly trivial amount if you actively craft.

3b. The lottery is vastly better than every other iteration before it, where you could be cheated out of a house by placard bots, or cursed with slow internet and lose your FCFS plot because you didn't load in quickly enough. Losing to RNG sucks, I know the feeling, it's why the best time to get a house is in the first wave of new plots, as there's minimal competition.

4. I can agree with this. Someone who pays 3 million should have the plot, permit and all.

5. Apartments should be more expensive if anything given their permanence, but I agree that FC rooms should be cheaper. 200k is probably the ideal amount.

6. Probably technical issues preventing this, but I agree.

7. Not happening unfortunately. Devs tried implementing this, and it literally crashed the entire test server when someone moved the glamour dresser whilst it was being used.
