1. Is a problematic solution. On many worlds there are an abundance of free plots, the issue is that people don't want or like them because of their location. In this respects a huge part of the issue is actually player created. As a middle-ground the Wards should be more dynamically distributed across worlds, as it is more of an issue on some worlds than others.

2. I agree. But I think the better solution is to actually just discontinue this system. It's always an uphill battle, it needs redesigning.

3. I don't think so, Gil has very little use in the game and is very easy to make.

3b. Replace lottery system with what exactly? I hate RNG as much as the next guy but this combats players selling houses, so it helps ensure that there are more in circulation. Their initial attempt at combatting this was to use a randomized timer at which point you could buy the plot. All this turned it into was placard camping.

4. I would put them at half-price. I can appreciate they can be expensive on top of buying the plot, but let's not make Gil utterly meaningless.

5. I think apartments are affordable as is. Merely playing the game from start to finish nets you several million. Perhaps half-price on the FC rooms though.

6. Wholly agree.
