I'd love a roulette but realistically in a 1v1 scenario it can be very frustrating for one side if there's a snowball, much more so than FL. Frontline works because it's tri-faction, and tri-faction always has this third party that can shake things up and adds an element of rng/unknown in random matchmaking.
Let's be honest, mogtome events are bad indicators of quality gameplay for any mode. Frontline during mogtome is equally not great.

It's different for RW though, you've got a mix of the people grinding the 1k wins as well as newbies who still made the effort to look up RW in the DF. Frontline is much worse to play during the event by comparison.

And actually RW during the mog event is not that different than during community events. It's really the same people + the few event enjoyers that were needed for the pops. And I know from experience.

My guess is if you had a daily RW roulette with the usual XP and tome bonuses, that quality would decline rapidly, but we won't know until it is tried.

I guess it may be sufficiently confusing that even FL AFKers would avoid it.
