what bothers me is some hairstyle are really good but have accessories in them that ruin them au ra have alot of those one of my favorite hairstyle I wanna use annoy me because I can't remove the white horns on it. They should give us a option to remove those accessories the new chaotic hairstyle doesn't interest me because of the flower that I wish we could remove.

Not sure why people can't imagine a possible in-between of "shop item" or "chaotic reward". Why not put it at the end of a new dungeon or raid? Anything.

For real.. There is more inbetween "Chaotic" and "Cash shop". Why not make the next Variant Dungeon Ishgard themed, some place burried under ice and snow, and hand it out there? Or add it to the Gold Saucer, like M'naagos hair. Treasure Dungeons with a decent drop rate. A long side questline. There are so many other nice options aside from cash shop (or hardcore content), which fucks over everyone who dares having alts, because it's a single character purchase for no good reason. (No, "SE wants to milk the cash cow" does not qualify as "good reason", especially considering not a lot of this seems to go back into the game.)

The event had no thought put into it talk to npcs and get an offering roses emote that will also be a cash shop item in a years time......
