Suggestion: Glamour-tied Hairstyles

Hello!

I've searched and have not seen this requested previously. Though, I could have easily missed it. Until proven otherwise, I would like to make a formal request!

Hairstyles tied to Glamour plates!!

WHY you ask? Don't you love using certain hairstyles, but also love certain outfits, but then you realize the hairstyle clashes with the outfit? (I'm looking at you Great Lengths). What if you used certain hairstyles, then when switching to a specific glamour plate, the hairstyle changes? You switch to a coat that causes clipping with longer hairstyles, so you set the glamour to use the Ponytail or Rainmaker instead?

I would really like that as well, because of how much I don’t like when hairstyles clip though certain gear pieces. My current way is to avoid certain glams entirely, but I really don’t like how whenever my character has long hair then I have to avoid any tops that have collars because of a technical limitation. For example, if I give my character a longer hairstyle then I won’t use the Storm Lieutenant’s Jacket for a while, even though I like that jacket a lot. And this happens the other way around too: these days a few of my glams have tops have collars, so I currently don’t want to consider using any longer hairstyles even though not all of my glams are like this.

If the UI needs to be kept really simple, maybe just give us a button that just lets us copy our current hairstyle to a glamour plate when we’re editing it in the glamour dresser.

If the devs don’t mind using a couple more bytes per glamour plate then it would be good to also consider having this also save the hair’s colours. For some hairstyles I like slightly different colours so I would appreciate that. For people that use highlights on their hair it would be good to have that option in case they don’t like how highlights look on a certain hairstyle.

In general since I really don’t like when hair clips through glams, I’d at least like a better way of letting my own character avoid it.

I'd even be willing to pay the 2000 gil aesthetician fee every time I apply a gearset just to have a hairstyle attached to it (though I'd prefer not to, obviously).
