Better FC Management Tools please

Hi, first time poster here. I am the leader of an FC, we are very small & are currently trying to recruit new members. I do it the old fashioned way by sending out /shout announcements in major hubs.

My main problem here is when we get applications from potential new members, there is no obvious notification anywhere on my screen, other than me having to check the FC menu religiously. This is ridiculous. We have lost a number of potential new members because of this, we are busy playing the game, having to constantly check the FC menu to see if we received a new application is a chore. I will check this menu maybe once when I login but not consistently throughout my time logged in, that seems absurd.

Most people also will not wait 24 hours for their application to get accepted, they will apply, wait maybe an hour or 2 then withdraw.

Discord has become our main tool for communication within our FC because the game does not give us the tools needed to properly manage the social aspects of the game.

It should pop up in your chat log. Just like every other FC activity. Do you have it turned off in your settings?

yes it may possibly have shown up in my chat log. But at the time this happened we were in M4S prog & unfortunately did not notice one line of text go by saying we received a new application. By the time the lockout was done, that one text in the chat log was long gone.

We may have noticed if there was a small notification icon on top of the socials menu/FC menu, a small visual reminder would have helped. rather than one line of text in a chat log that gets spammed with alot of other information when you are busy playing the game
