The delay is so long the skill often misses targets when used immediately after dashing to them with Hissatsu: Soten. This is by far the most annoying part of playing Samurai.

That is nothing compares to Shukuchi

Above is totally a lie, and at this point, I cant even tell if it is the bug or opponent is scripted or not
Nin animations take too long, Stealth is a gamble. You're not in control, like for example. If a RDM wants to hit someone through guard. They have a whole combo for it and now they don't have to make a defensive decision like NIN does.
Mnk now also has ranged abilities, whilst having the best defensive in the game and abilities that they once again can use whenever they want.
I'm not especially arguing for or against NIN animations (that do seem very long), but how does this tooltip lie exactly? The ability does exactly what is described there. Unless the problem is the use of the word "quickly"?That is nothing compares to Shukuchi

The stealth, "making it impossible to see or target you" simply is not functioning any attack right now is locked on you and 100% will hit even you already enter stealth.
This is especially worst on range jobs, all range attacks function like homing missing that will push you out of stealth or prevent you from entering

Well, that's not what the tooltip says. The tooltip says "see or target", which the ability does indeed remove. If the NIN uses sukuchi, you lose the target and can't target them back as long as they're hidden. The tooltip never mentions that the target cannot be hit as well.
I'm not sure that being decloaked once you're already safe in narnia is such a problem, but maybe?

It used to work, but not after this patch with this "latency fix"
On Frontline, it may works occasionally due to map size, but it does not work in Crystal Conflict
Most of time even you Shukuchi to LOS, you still get hit by range attack and push you out of stealth

What does not? I can assure you that as soon as a NIN uses sukuchi, I lose the target. If the NIN happens to get hit by something after going hidden, either a delayed damage action or an AoE, then they get decloaked, but I do have to manually retarget them. As long as they're cloaked, I can't see them either.
Are you suggesting that players are using script then? What does not? I can assure you that as soon as a NIN uses sukuchi, I lose the target. It would be amazing with the number if script kiddies in Crystal Conflict then; like I said, i can't tell whether it is scripted or not anymore
What is it that you are having issues with there exactly? What behaves differently than what I describes just above? I'm trying to understand
