This must be some sort of twisted joke or something.
Where the hell is this flood of info if we won't even be seeing what you're presenting at the show? How is this keeping your promise at all? Two CGI trailers with absolutely no info do not justify this insane lack of information and clarity on SE's part.
Oh yay we'll get a bunch more interviews from outlets who know absolutely jack-shit about the game and will just repeat the same generic crap we've been hearing with months.
Why tell us just a day before the event that we can't see it? All I can think is their marketing department is a bunch of twisted bastards that just enjoy seeing us get angry of this stuff.
I'm too tired of waiting to even care anymore. I'll play it when it's out and that's it. Until then I will have ZERO expectations because SE has systematically failed to generate any buzz for me at all.
"All summer long" my ass. Pardon my language and fury but this is getting ridicolous.

What difference does it makes if you can watch them over at youtube in the next 2-3 days instead of live? None...

They just said they will not be releasing any videos. The best we'll get is some shaky cam footage if one of the attendees is kind enough to record anything.
And who the hell actually "liked" this? You people have some issues.

He could meant not releasing videos about Yoshi's presentation and no plan to broadcast the presentation live because they did release live events on youtube (Vanadiel festival) before, they might just meant not this one. You guys are getting way too worked up for possibly Youmukon's possibly bad choice of words.

Ah yes, the bad translation/misinterpretation one. That always has to pop up eventually. He could meant not releasing videos about Yoshi's presentation and no plan to broadcast the presentation live because they did release live events on youtube (Vanadiel festival) before, they might just meant not this one. You guys are getting way too worked up for possibly Youmukon's possibly bad choice of words.
Sure maybe he made a poor choice of words, but why do we have to think that every time something like this happens?

hell yeah we should be worked up on this one. WHY? cause we got to fight against the non-believers proving to them that this game is worth it. Go to FFXIV facebook page, go any game network site, the buzz is not from even trailers, the buzz is always from the presentation. we want this game to succeed but we keep telling the masses "oh we'll get gameplay video soon" and we get nothing we just put our foots in our mouth.
you honestly think the masses will care about footage like this.
