Should SE scale high end content difficulty towards the usage of SIM ?

Most players don't clear high end content thru Discord or Forums they do it thru PF with a guide, so no.

Why wouldn't they be? As long as the region actually agrees to a strategy I see why not. Some people still enjoy the content but either don't have enough free time to be able to be in a static or their schedule is flexible. Like this, they can go in PF when they are in the mood and/or have free time.

I still wish we would stop making a million variations and we would be able to to actually QUE for re-clears the way JP does.

SE designs all content with PF in mind. Keep in mind that JP uses the duty finder as the primary method of completing content.

LPDU and NAUR made it possible by standardising strats. That's it. There was nothing inherently un-PFable about Ultimates besides the fact that every group used different strats.
