It seems they just forgot they made jobs with MP drain skills. They'll remember just in-time for 8.1 I guess.

Nah they just don't have consistent development. They immediately changed WHM to prevent erroneous inputs of Glare IV after Seraph but didn't decide "hey, let's check other jobs for similar issues".

It's like some dev who mains WHM piped up about it immediately and anyone who plays PLD over there doesn't care enough, because the idea that anything truly comes from forum or Reddit feedback is LAUGHABLE, even on the JP side.
