    Have you tried toggling the flip presentation model / windowed optimizations in Settings > System > Display > Graphics on windows 11? Even if the game isn't running in windowed, this helped a lot of people with stuttering that occurs only on FFXIV.

    Do you mean with toggling from off to on, or on to off? Stupid question maybe but hopefully you get what I mean.
