Little Things that You Like about the Game

There was a thread that said little things that you'd like to see added to the game, but I'm making a thread to say the little things that we LIKE about the game...the simple things that make you say, "That's a nice touch"

For example:

• When my character shows different expressions when under a status effect, such as bind or sleep
  
  
• The bed animation for sleeping and waking up.
  
  
• Dreaming
• The lighting from a campfire, or how it changes during transition from being inside to going outside.
  
  
• The lightning storm on the ferry.
  
  
• Adding the Garlean Airships
  
  
• These guys! (I hope I see them again after 2.0 D
  
  

What are Some of the Things you like?

I like that the game is going through a massive overhaul.

Agreed, the armor designs are pretty slick.

I'd prefer we have more than just recolored cuirasses/haubies/etc. But I do like the aesthetic of the world. Even if it does clash a bit with a lot of the more recent items. Monster design is fantastic in this game as well.

I like how chocobos go CLANKCLANKCLANKCLANKCLANKCLANK when they have barding on. Why doesn't my character do that in armor? :|

I love the AI touches they have on monsters (Used to be alot more diverse) but still a few mobs retain nice reaction abillities that few actually know about.

I like that PUG who drops her weapon. I like when NPCs subtly quote movies and memes. I like that they even have smaller emotes like /shrug. I like how NPCs don't always call me by my full name. I like how some emotes are able to be used while sitting. I'd like more to be usable while sitting, and emotes to be usable while on chocobo though. :C On that note, I'd also like some of the emotes I see the NPCs using, and I'd like to have a 'lay down' emote.

XD I was just talking about having a lay down emote the other day! It would be nice! =3

I like, as compared to XI when I played it, acquriing Gil is super damn easy. lol

I agree about the bed animation.

I also really like the stars on a clear night.
