At present, Aether is deficient in good shot-callers, and replete with selfish padding premades.

Not gonna lie, I think basically every data center is about the same atm. Lot of shot callers stop early with how much negative reception they get, and feels bad to get a caution or strike when you’re trying to help.

Most of them would rather just group up and Vc where they won’t get flamed as hard.

There is a middle ground in which people who know what they're doing offer periodic suggestions.

Like you have the ability to actually command a team. It would be foolish for you to change a winning formula. You are a rarity. The reasons less-able shot-callers get pushback include:

They are plain bad;
They use way too many SFX/macros;
They and their premade buddies are rude.

And given how reluctant the GMs are to intervene on anything, I'd suggest anyone getting a suspension or caution has probably earned it.

That said, since 7.2 I haven't seen a single shot-caller get told to stfu. I know it happens, but a lot of these silent premades on VC have been playing like that for months. Most are padders with little interest in helping the team or even winning.

Meanwhile the proportion of players making no effort at all seems to me to have increased.

You guys are getting flamed because a few reason :
1. its boring to follow someone all game
2. You are trying to change NA playstyle to JP playstyle and its just not possible with NA brains.
3. Most of you guys not all of you but a huge portion are using external add-ons for a multitudes of reason while PS players dont have access to any of this.
4. You are ruining everybody experience.

PVP pre 6.1 was better because this type of shit was not possible but since 6.1 frontline is cooked.

Crystal is the home of premade, about you guys all play there against each other and let other DC breathe ? Are you guys scared of fighting other premades ? Its so rare unless its a qsync event that you guys are in the same game, why is that ?

Haven't seen any negative reception of shot callers recently. If anything I actually see thanks for the calls after games, for once. Of course this is my experience but I play a sh ton of FL so it's a good sample size I base this on.
