PS4 Trophies not popping

Steps:
1. The trophies titled "To Crush 10,000 Enemies" and "Destiny's" are not activating for me, even with my extreme playtime and in-game evidence of having killed over 200,000 enemies and over 10,000 fates.
2. ???
3. Profit!

All I want to know is whether I need to have the 10,000 kills and/or Fates recorded locally on this console, because I'll happily do the extra to finish my Trophy list then move onto the PS5 client. It just sucks being stuck at 36/39 without the Platinum for things I have obviously done already (across PC and PS5).
Edit: Also do they need to be done in ARR zones?

* PS5 users: I am using a PS5 but playing on the PS4 (client) backward compatibility function because I am trying to pop its trophy list, which is different to the PS5 list.
