Raise/Rphys tax is a terrible thing.

Not even Rphys tax, but full on non melee tax. BLM is undertuned vs melee too considering how much easier melee is to play. PCT is just guilty of tax evasion.

BLM is middle of the pack for the most part, while I agree it should be higher, it's not as much of a problem compared to the outliers on both ends of the spectrum.
