Make the Summer Faire more interesting.

Here's a suggestion. Regular Bombard Battle in Gridania yields Green Ash. Ul'dah yields Red Ash. Limsa yields Blue Ash. Convert 50 ash into a Yukata (60% chance) or a Halter (25% chance) or a Tanga (15% chance) of the SAME COLOR as the ash.
Add: Lord Bombs in dungeons in Gridania yield White Ash. Lord Bombs in dungeons in Limsa yield Black Ash. Lord Bombs in Ul'dah yield Gold Ash. Convert these same as above into items of the same color (Black Ash yields Black items. White Ash yields white items. Gold Ash yields gold items.)
Some years or under special circumstances or maybe using a combination of ash colors you should be able to get silver items, yellow items, purple items, pink items. The White Yukata, Black Yukata, and Gold Yukata should have better designs, like real ones.

The current yukatas have a real design. Btw leave random percentage outside seasonal content, we don't need it even there. More interesting is a plus

After blowing up 16 mailbreakers trying to double meld 5mil worth of materia per time, I'd prefer to avoid any RNG system.

might not be the optmal solution, but you can buy the ash off the wards. I did that.

LOL.... but ther is a difference between 30% drop and 1% drop or .01% drop...
I just think Summer Faire was too fast and too easy. There should be different prizes in the three states. And I was trying to squeeze bikinis in every year, instead of every other year. And more colors and patterns. And specially, I want these events to last longer. The Easter-Egg thing lasted longer because it was timed and linked to harder dungeons... and I think it was more fun. Skirmish is neat... hope it continues in 2.0.
