We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with those who have not logged into The Lodestone for a certain period of time or are logging in for the first time and being unable to log in to The Lodestone or update information on The Lodestone for characters on North American data centers. The issue is being investigated and addressed.

During the time below, we experienced technical difficulties that may have prevented characters on the NA data center from logging in to the Lodestone if they had not logged in for a certain period of time or were logging in for the first time, and the character information on the Lodestone was not updating on the NA data center.

As a temporary response to this issue, the Lodestone login function for characters on the NA data center was placed under maintenance from Jan. 5, 2025 5:43 p.m. to 10:03 p.m. (PST) and has since been resolved.
