While the FFXIV devs have definitely made some terrible decisions and deserve to be questioned (Looking at you Viera/Hrothgar headgear and Femgar rigging), it would be unfair to say they haven't done these things. At least the first and third thing. I have seen them do that with Bug Reports, and they had done the first one a few times but stopped because them explaining the change only seemed to make people even angrier and ngl... if explaining myself is only going to make people yell at me more... I'd rather just stay silent and take the lesser amount of abuse.

Please scroll through the Working As Intended and Insufficient Information forums and actually look at the threads there. They absolutely do not reply to anything there.
